Description
This pull request includes several changes to configuration files for linters, a workflow file, and a license update.
Linter configurations:
.github/linters/.jscpd.json: Added a new configuration file forjscpdwith a threshold of 0, console reporter, and ignoring test files..github/linters/.powershell-psscriptanalyzer.psd1: Updated thePSScriptAnalyzersettings to enable specific rules and configure their parameters, as well as update the excluded rules.Workflow modifications:
